A Church Meeting will be held at Hartford Memorial Baptist Church, 18700 James Couzens Hwy., on Thursday, July 29, 2010, in the Fellowship Hall from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. Please mark your calendars.
The purpose of the meeting is to report to the members on the State of the Church; the accomplishments; the challenges and the positive directions.
As we look forward to the meeting, please consider some of the Church’s upcoming highlights:

Hartford’s Married Couple’s Ministry will again host an imago workshop. Imago-Couplehood is a Christian based relationship enhancement series designed to enable a couple’s ability to talk like friends, and negotiate differences. This workshop is for married couples, couples planning to get married, those in difficult relationships, and those in good relationships that want to deepen their intimacy. Please

The Trustee Ministry of Hartford will have its
“First Annual Clean Up/Clean Out Beautification Project”, Monday, August 2 through Friday, August 6, 2010.
We are requesting that each ministry and individual donate at least 2 hours to help with the cleaning up and cleaning out of all rooms in Hartford. Ministries and individuals can sign up in the Church Office.
Ministry leaders are asked to pick up a letter in the Church Office today, which includes additional information on this worthwhile project.
Let’s show pride in our Church by participating in this beautification project.
Hartford Memorial Baptist Church is requesting bids for:
Renovation of the Church Building
and
Reconstruction of Parking Lots.
The construction Documents for the work may be obtained beginning On July 13, 2010 at 18900 James Couzens Highway. There will be a site tour and a pre-bid meeting on July 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Church located at 18700 James Couzens Highway in the Vincent Room.
Bids are due August 13, 2010 by 3:00 PM Eastern Time at 18900 James Couzens Highway.
